1) Downloaded PDF files ordered from this website are not returnable or refundable.
2) All non-defective orders are final. Stock non-defective items are not returnable or refundable.
3) For All Returned Merchandise Any defective merchandise returned must be issued a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#). In addition, shipping and handling costs and mailing insurance for return of non-defective merchandise shall be borne by the purchaser. Mailing insurance is required on all returns. Refunds do not include credit card or banking fee on each transaction. Item must be returned in a "like new" & resellable condition. If not, a partial refund will be issued based on their condition and they may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4) Refunds Adjustments on any refund, if applicable, will be made for any damages caused by negligence of buyer. Refunds do not include shipping, credit card or banking fee, and restocking fee on each transaction. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the wrong item was shipped.
5) Cancellations Process We strongly recommend customers to review orders carefully. After the shipment has been prepared, we cannot cancel your order regardless. For all late cancellations, all items will be considered as non-defected items. Therefore, we encourage customers to make orders responsibly. However, order may be canceled if they have not been prepared. Please send us an email at to cancel your order. Please do not send cancellation request through mail. We are not responsible for any mail lost or transition error.
Orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, your card is charged the full amount; we are unable to cancel or change the order. If we have not physically shipped the order and a cancel order is received, we will not send the order. We will refund the full amount except for the credit card fees and/or banking fees charged.
Also, once order has been processed, credit card and banking fees that are incurred are not refundable.
You may contact eBubbler to see if your order has been processed or shipped. If you receive notification that order has been "shipped", the order cannot be canceled. All shipped sales are final.
